FJB series classifier
Working principle
Materials are sent by a feeding system into the self-shunt classification area for the first-time classification, then most of the coarse particles are separated, fine powder coupled with a small amount of coarse particles is carried by the rising flow area into the turbine classification area for a second classification, the fine powder is collected into the trap through a classification wheel, and the coarse particles are discharged from the classifier discharge valve.
Performance advantages and characteristics
The self-shunt classifier is a new type superfine classifier independently developed by our company, and is a perfect combination of self-shunt inertia classification technology and centrifugal classification technology; the core technology has achieved today's world advanced level, and the technical performance has a qualitative leap compared to turbine classifier.
1. Low energy consumption: under the condition of the same processing capacity, its energy consumption is 50% lower than that of other horizontal and vertical classifiers.50%。
2. High efficiency: under the condition of the same processing capacity, its classification efficiency is 50% higher than that of other horizontal and vertical classifiers.50%。
3. High precision: high fineness of classification, large particles and screenings in the product are completely eliminated.
4. Low speed: under the condition of the same classification size, its classification speed is 50% lower than that of other horizontal and vertical classifiers. At the time for production of powder with Mohs hardness < 5, classification wheels will not be involved in wear and tear; at the time for production of powder with Mohs hardness ≥7, the service life of classification wheels will be 5 ~ 8 times higher than that of other horizontal and vertical classification wheels.
5. High output: the mainframe yield can be up to 50 t/h.
6. Full structure: special classification structures can be configured according to the different special requirements.
7. A closed loop or open loop system can be formed with ball mill, Raymond mill, impact mill, jet mill and all kinds of other grinding equipments.
8. Negative pressure production, with no dust pollution, and good environment.
9. A high degree of automation, good stability and easy operation.
Application fields
1、Classification of all kinds of ultrafine powder, removal of impurities and breaking up.
2、Classification of superfine powder and coarse particle coupled with nanometer powder; the materials with strong viscosity and glomeration, difficult to disperse, and poor liquidity.
